ufsrestore.c
This is the ufsrestore exploit for Solaris (SPARC) which allows any ordinary user to become root. The original came from www.rootshell.com. Although the patch came out a long time ago, installing this on an unpatched 2.6 system provides a good demo of how easy some exploits can be. Compile the program, run it as a non-privileged user, press Control-C, you may need to clear the line with Control-U, press y followed by Enter and if it works, you have a root prompt.
